wood or charcoal in the firebox for indirect heat (slower
cooking) or in the fully-adjustable tray for direct heat
(faster cooking time). The tray-adjuster gauge tells you
the height without even opening the hood!
Vents
in each door are adjustable for even airflow for perfect
cooking.
The stacks
are also easy to adjust with a gauge showing exactly how
far open or closed they are.
Included
is a full length and width grease/ash pan for easy cleaning.

counter space? There’s an extra table that lifts up easily
when needed and folds down when not in use.
