UPDATE: 09-05-2007 Thanks again for making such a truly superb product. I used my Tucker this past Saturday, September 2nd , 2007 to barbeque for 30 people. I smoked 2 X 10lb. pork shoulders for 10 hours & 12 full racks of pork ribs for 5 hours. It was truly amazing that I was able to fit all that meat on the Tucker & if you needed more room there is always the grilling rack that could easily accommodate another 10 – 12 full racks of ribs. I was really impressed with the “Tucker Fuse Burn” accessory. I was able to cook all that meat with just a 20lb. bag of lump hardwood charcoal & maintain a temperature of 225 – 230 F uniformly across the smoking area with no problems. The “Tucker Fuse Burn” allowed me to put only one chimney-starter of lit charcoal in the smoke-box & slowly worked its way to the unlit charcoal. I was able to get a good 4 hour burn without constantly adding more wood. Also the custom-fit cover that I purchased last year protected my Tucker from all the snow & rain that we had last year. Again, cleaning the Tucker was so easy that it only took me 20 minutes. I have attached some pictures of the Tucker in action with my good friends: Dave, Anthony, myself & Keith. everyone was amazed at how well the Tucker was constructed and how well
it smoked & grilled meat. I smoked 2 X 9lb. pork butts for 10 hours
& 4 full racks of pork ribs for 5 hours. Everything came out perfect.
