UPDATE: 09-06-2007 It will be a year this month
that I bought this black thing sitting on my cooking pad in my backyard.
Some people calls it a grill, and some a smoker. I call it the best dang
cooker that can be found. It has truly been a pleasure cooking on the
Tucker. In the past year I have cooked a lot of things on this cooker,
such as... Butts, ribs, chicken wings, whole chickens, briskets, steaks
and some parts of pigs and cow that I don't even want to talk about, but
it all turn out great. I honestly believe with just a little bit of cooking
knowledge (Knowing how to boil water) that just about anything will turn
out good on a Tucker. With this cooker you just don't need much help.
Thank you for building a great cooker. IT has been a joy and a pleasure
cooking on my Tucker. --- Well, I got to try this cooker a few days back. I fired that sucker up and threw a case of baby back ribs and four beer butt chickens on it. It did take a little longer getting to temperature than what I thought it would and I had a hard time maintaining 250 degrees. But I finally figured out in a short period of time how this thing works. This is one fantastic cooker and I am very pleased. The ribs and chicken turned out great. I had neighbors stopping by just to look at the cooker and boy, were they impressed. And so am I. I would be happy to recommend the Tucker to anyone that is looking for a new cooker because this is one great cooker. It looks good, it cooks good, it's just one good cooker. If someone wants to talk to me, tell them to call me.
