QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY and MORE QUALITY, that’s the only way I can describe my experience when purchasing a TUCKER COOKER from the Tucker Cooker Company.  When I received my first copy of National Barbecue News in October, the ad that really “grabbed me” was the one for the Tucker Cooker Company, a cooker suitable for smoking, barbecuing and grilling, a true 3 in 1 cooker.

I initially went to the QUALITY website of the Tucker Cooker Company.  The website was so complete that after reviewing all the data, I did not have a single question concerning the cooker.

My initial contact with Tucker Cooker Company was thru their website and in short order, the few questions I had concerning availability of an in stock cooker, the color of the cooker, shipping arrangements and total cost including shipping, were answered via e-mail.  When I made my decision to place an order, I then found out that I was dealing with QUALITY people whose word was their bond.  Everything they told me came to be exactly how I was told it would happen, even to the delivery date.  I placed my order on a Tuesday and then on Friday, of the same week, I had a call from the freight terminal of the freight line handling my shipment that my cooker was in and ready for me to pick up.

I had a couple of my cooking buddies go with me to uncrate my cooker and they were highly impressed with the Tucker Cooker.  They both agreed that the design was unique, even down to the way the handles were attached to the cooking grates, that only the best of materials were used and that the workmanship was the highest quality.  My opinion was that it was everything it was represented to be and even more.

So far, the extent of my cooking has been limited to smoking of pork spare ribs, Boston butts, chicken thighs and turkeys.  All of my “taste testers” agree that my Tucker Cooker did a QUALITY job on all the meats.

I am one completely satisfied customer of Tucker Cooker Company and am looking forward to seeing what their new models may be.
