Attached are a couple of shots of the maiden cook, which included a chorus line of chickens and sausage. The second cook was seven butts and four butterflied chickens. I have cooked on several other smokers. Nothing that I have ever used before has imparted such a deep smoke ring as this cooker. The temperature control was good using lump topped with fully lit briquets.

This thing is built like a tank! I'm looking forward to many great cooks with this cooker.
