I fired the cooker up today for the first time. I didn't want to put too
much food on it while I was learning to use it. I smoked chicken, sausage,
and three pork putts. I have a pretty good knowledge of cookers; however
each one has its own personality. Well this has to be one of the easiest
and most efficient I have ever used. I used the fuse system. The cooker
came up to temperature much quicker than I expected. It held the same
temperature all day and required little to no attention. I was amazed as
to how stable the cooker was. All of my food came out great. After this
little test, I am ready to load it up.
