Cooked a Pig on the Tucker today. I have been cooking pigs for over 20 years and I believe this was the best one. It was 13 degrees out when I started the pig. No problem getting the Tucker up to temp. It was a small one. Around 80 pounds. I cooked it for 10 hours.
