Attached are some
photos of my Tucker Cooker. I own two restaurants in St.
Louis, Cairdeas Coffee and La Gra Italian Tapas. I also compete in BBQ
competitions with my Tucker. Even though we are not a bbq restaurant,
we
still do bbq on the weekends at our restaurant. That Tucker Cooker sitting
in front of my restaurant smoking away really gets attention!
I have also attached
some photos of us at the "Taste of St. Louis" culinary
competition and event. My Tucker performed like a champ. I smoked off
10
pork butts prior to the event, pulled and panned them and then at the
event,
put the pans on the top rack. All the pulled port was gone by Saturday
afternoon. I could have sold 20! Again, the versatility of the Tucker,
with its ability to smoke or grill makes this unit a far more valuable
business asset than any other cooker would be.
By the way, in case
you are wondering what that meat on the grill is
called...its chicken speidini and beef speidini. Chicken speidini is
chicken breast marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, fresh basil, salt
and
pepper and fresh garlic. Beef speidini is beef shoulder, thin sliced,
and
stuffed with green onion, garlic pepper, chopped tomatoes, mozzarella
and
provelone cheeses.
Hope some of these
photos make your web site!
Thanks, Lou
